Who we are
Well Tagged makes PDF documents accessible. We're a small business in Ontario, Canada. Questions about this note go to hello@welltagged.com.
What we collect
- What you type in the trial form: your name, organization, role, email, phone, details about the document, your message, and the permission boxes you tick.
- The PDF files or shared-folder link you send us.
- The emails you exchange with us.
The site has no tracking cookies and no analytics. Cloudflare, which runs the site, may set a security cookie, and its spam check (Turnstile) runs when you send the form.
Why we use it
- To do the trial or the job you ask for, and to reply to you about it.
- To email you about our services after a trial, only if you ticked that box. Every such email lets you opt out.
- To show your before-and-after as a sample on our website, only if you ticked that box.
We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else for their own use.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the files and details sent through the form.
- Google Workspace handles our email.
- Anthropic processes page images and text of your documents through its Claude API while we fix them.
These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your files and details until you ask us to delete them. Write to hello@welltagged.com and we'll delete them and confirm.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw a permission you gave, at any time. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
